  David Edwards, Managing Director

  Prior to joining G4S, David was the Managing Partner at Crown Consulting. David has extensive experience spanning over 10 years. He has held Divisional Managing Director positions within both US Fortune 500 and UK FTSE 100 companies as well as holding the position of Chief Executive of an FN50 fleet management company. David brings extensive knowledge in business turn-around and will lead G4S Kenya in its transformation journey.

  Jack Muchira -Deputy Managing Director and Corporate Affairs Director

  Prior to joining G4S, Jack served as a Production Manager at Coca Cola Bottling Company of  Nairobi and General Manager at Car and General (K) Limited for four years.

  He joined G4S Kenya as General Manager Commercial Services in 1993 and rose through the ranks to become Operations Director for G4S Kenya in 2004. Mr Muchira’s career progressed further to his current position.

  He holds Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management and a BSc. Mechanical Engineering from University of Nairobi.

  He is a registered Engineer with the Engineers registration board and a Member of the Institution  of Engineers of Kenya.

  He is a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya together with International Who’s Who, Jack is a Fellow of the Kenya Institute of Management and Institute of Directors.

  He also sits on the G4S Board of Directors.

  Betty Koech - Marketing Director

  Betty joined G4S Kenya from Unilever Kenya where she was involved in designing marketing strategy and implementation of the marketing activity plan. She holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM). She has a wide experience in sales and brand management

  Eunice Nyala-Otieno - Sales Director

  Eunice is responsible for driving revenue growth in G4S through the effective acquisition of new business
  in current and new markets.

  She brings on board over 20 years of experience in finance and leadership having worked in
  Barclays Bank Kenya and Barclays Africa Head Office in London, UK.

  While at Barclays, Eunice served as Head of Sales Africa-Barclaycard International and her immediate past role was Head of Barclays At Work. She holds a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Marketing from University
  of Glamorgan UK and Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM). She is also an Executive Coach
  from Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC- UK).

  Epimach Maritim - Human Resource Director

  Epimach has over 15 years experience gained in leading blue chip companies, where he held senior HR positions including; Unilever, Marshalls East Africa , Bamburi Cement-Lafarge East Africa and IPS Group. He holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and B.Com degree (Marketing and Business Administration). He has also attended several executive development programs locally and overseas.

  Betty Oluoch- Head of Legal

  Betty joined G4S in January 2006. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds an LLB Degree as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Strategic and Human Resources Management). She has previously served as Company Secretary & Legal Officer at Bamburi Cement Ltd and also practiced law with various law firms.

  Mark Lipton-Director Risk and Security

  Mark has over 15 years experience gained from multinational security industries in the UK and Iraq, among them, De La Rue Currency and Security Print Kenya and London and HM Forces where he held senior management positions.

  Mark holds Masters Degree in Security and Risk Management from Loughborough University (MSc).

  He has an achievement track record in Business Financial Management at Bristol Management Centre 2008, Global Terrorism, Trends, Causes and Responses, at Bradford University, 2007. European Security at Bradford University 2007.

  Carey Ngini- Director, Secure Data Solutions

  Carey Ngini is one of the founding directors and shareholders of G4S Secure Data Solutions (Kenya) Limited.

  He has served on the Board of the company since 2004, when the company was called Archive Solutions Limited.

  Carey was also the company’s first CEO, a role which he held until the acquisition in June 2009.
  

  Carey’s professional life has had him work for Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Nairobi and C.E. Heath and Company in London, who are Lloyd's of London Brokers.

  Colin Stanley - Director Cash Solutions

  Colin joined G4S Kenya as Cash Solutions Director in August 2010 before that he served as Cash Centre Manager, G4S, Belfast, UK having joined G4S in October 2007.

  Colin has over 10 years experience gained from multinational manufacturing/production industries in the UK, working for Kerry Group in a number of Food manufacturing sites in the UK and Ireland , where he held senior management positions in Operations, General Management, Procurement and Key Account Management.

  Colin has a Degree in Agriculture and Business Studies from the University of Wales. He is married to Nicki - Ann with whom they have three children; Adam, Roy and Lauren.

  Simon Lovett - Finance Director

  Simon joined the company in 2011. He has over 30 years experience gained in leading international businesses where he held senior positions at the NetMed Group and MultiChoice Kenya. He is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and a member of The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA)

  Rogers Sultani- Director Courier Services

  Rogers holds an MBA (marketing option) from Kenyatta University and a degree in Arts Sociology from Moi University.

  He has attended several other professional courses and seminars locally and internationally and has a wide experience in Marketing and Sales. He previously worked for DHL Express in various senior positions.

  Stephen Makai- Head of Regions

  Stephen was appointed Head of Regions at G4S Security Services Kenya in 2011. Stephen joined G4S in September 2006 as Regional General Manager- Coast . He has 19 years experience in security business management and operations. He holds a BA in Economics and Administration from the University of Nairobi and several development programs and management trainings.

  Martin Michael Otiti - Director Manned Security

  Prior to joining G4S, Martin worked at Kenya Shell as the Director for Kenya Shell and Retail Manager in charge of Strategy, Sales and Marketing. He has also worked with various organizations in key positions including Mather & Platt (K) Limited.

  He holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering and Masters of Business Administration both from the University of Nairobi. Martin has also undergone leadership development programmes with the Wits Business School South Africa; the G4S Global Leadership Development with Manchester university.
